About Summit Family Care

All inclusive DPC practice. No enrollment fees. No contracts. Anything done in the office is covered by our membership fee. No surprises. For ancillary services, we will assist you with obtaining labs and medicines at pennies on the dollar. We can also assist you with obtaining imaging and other testing frequently at 10-25% of what you would pay at the hospital. We encourage members to have a plan for catastrophic care. High deductible insurance or health care sharing is preferred.
